Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the new building had a spacious pool area and very cozy rooms that were recently updated. On the other hand, the food and drink policies were quite strict and the service had its ups and downs. Overall, it was decent value for money, but there were quite a few inconveniences that made the experience less enjoyable.
I had a pleasant stay overall, as the hotel was clean and well-kept, with a nice pool area that my family would have loved to enjoy if we had more time. The breakfast included was generous, offering several tasty options. However, there were some issues, such as the loud construction noises and the annoying balcony lights that affected our sleep.
I had a largely positive experience at the resort, enjoying the large and beautiful outdoor pool and spacious room that gave me great value for my money. However, there were a few hiccups upon check-in that left a bit of a sour note, along with the need for better attention to guest privacy during checkout. Overall, it was still a delightful stay with some areas that need improvement.
This hotel is a really mixed bag. On the positive side, the facilities are impressive, especially the pool, which my kids loved. The rooms were clean and spacious, making it a decent option for families. However, the location is not convenient with a long distance to the beach, and the service left much to be desired—far from friendly and quite unhelpful at times.
I had a truly excellent experience at this hotel. The staff, led by the very professional manager Liz, provided outstanding service and really made us feel welcomed. Our room on the third floor was both clean and spacious, with a great view. The breakfast options were plentiful and the dining experience for lunch and dinner was fantastic, though the service could improve based on some interactions at the front desk. Overall, it's a great spot to unwind and enjoy delicious food.
